When you complete your booking and pay your deposit or full balance, you are confirming a reservation. We hold your spot and turn away other guests. The commitment goes both ways.

1. Private tour cancellation

• A cancellation made more than 72 hours before the tour start time is refundable. $100 is kept in lieu of booking fee.
• A cancellation made with less than 72 hours before the tour start time is not refundable.
• Itinerary can not be changed from 72 hours before the tour start time.

2. Seat cancellation

• A cancellation made more than 72 hours before the tour start time is 50% refundable.
• A cancellation made with less than 72 hours before the tour start time is not refundable.

3. Multiday tour cancellation

• A cancellation made more than 30 days before the tour start time is refundable. $100 per day is kept in lieu of booking fee.
• A cancellation made with less than 30 days before the tour start time is 75% refundable.
• Itinerary can not be changed with less than 30 days before the tour start time.

4. Weather cancellations

If we cancel your tour due to weather, unsafe road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge. We do not cancel lightly — we will reschedule over refund whenever the weather allows it.

5. Credit card fee

The 3% credit card fee collected on Stripe online invoices is not refundable.
